Biography

Naomi Barnett currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources. As such, Naomi provides strategic HR leadership and alignment for the Company’s people management strategy. Prior to this role, Naomi served as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, building and overseeing REPAY’s HR functions while fostering an engaging, employee-first culture focused on the Company’s values. Before joining REPAY, Naomi held various positions as the Head of Human Resources for fast-growing, pre- and post-IPO businesses at Patriot National, Inc., an insurance technology company, and Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group. Naomi received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Jewish Studies, cum laude, from College of Charleston and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR) certification.
