Biography

Zachary F. Sadek is a Senior Partner at Parthenon Capital, an affiliate of one of REPAY's largest stockholders. Zach brings more than two decades of experience investing in and advising companies across the payments, financial technology, business servicesand software sectors. He has served on the Board of Directors for several portfolio companies including BillingTree, BirchStreet, Cardworks, Cayan, DaySmart, eSecLending, eTix, Injured Workers Pharmacy, KBRA, Med-Tel International, Libra Solutions, Official Payments, Pavilion Payments, Payroc World Access, Periscope Holdings, Restaurant Technologies and Zelis. Zach earned his A.B. and A.M. from the University of Chicago and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Parthenon Capital is a growth-oriented private equity firm that partners with management teams to develop and implement strategic visions to make companies leaders in their markets.
