Biography

Rick Watkin serves as President of KUBRA. In this role, he oversees KUBRA's growth strategy and day-to-day operations across its utility, insurance, and government verticals. Rick has led KUBRA since 1999, having joined the company in 1995 as one of its earliest employees. Under his leadership, KUBRA has grown into one of North America's leading customer experience management platforms, reaching more than 40% of U.S. and Canadian households.

Rick serves on advisory boards focused on cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech, and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and the Abundance360 community. His leadership earned him the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and KUBRA has repeatedly been named one of Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures™ and North America's Great Place to Work®.
